BOOKING, CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT POLICIES

CHECK IN

Check in time is 14:00.

Early check-in is offered based on availability. If you require a guaranteed check-in for arrival prior to 14:00 then pre-registration and payment may be required. Please contact the hotel for further information.

PRE-AUTHORIZATION AT CHECK-IN

Debit and Credit cards will be pre-authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount for security deposit to cover incidentals. The pre-authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Pre-authorization is not a charge to your account, it is a hold on those funds. Generally, most banks release the hold within 3-14 days, and may up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges, we also are unable to remove pre-authorizations directly through our hotel.

If you require a later check-out, please contact Front Desk prior to the day of your departure, the extension will be given depending on the availability, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Additional day charge, plus tax may apply for late check-out.

EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY

Guests must confirm their departure date upon arrival. Early departure could not be refund in any case.

GUESTS REGISTRATION & ID REQUIREMENT

We require valid contact information from the guests. A valid photo identification required at check-in (Thai ID card, Thai driving license, passport, etc.). Some rates will also require company identification.

AGE REQUIREMENT

Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room. Underage travelers need to have a letter of authorization from parents or guardian emailed to the hotel prior to arrival.

AMENDMENT, CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

Amend at least 1 Days before or will be charged 1 Night(s)

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate or dates of your reservation. Please refer to your reservation confirmation to verify your cancellation policy.

No-show will be charged for 1 night at agreed rate.

ROOM POLICIES

CONNECTING ROOM POLICY

Connecting rooms are subject to availability, advanced reservations and hotel pre-approval required. Please contact the hotel directly to discuss available configurations.

FAMILY PLAN POLICY

Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room.

ACCESSIBLE ROOM

An accessible room is available and should be reserved in advance; please contact the hotel directly.

ADDITIONAL BEDDING

Due to limited space in the room, we not provide any of additional bed inside the room.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY

Maximum occupancy for the room is TWO ADULTS and TWO CHILDREN (For family room is maximum 4 Adults) If guests exceed the maximum number of guests allowed, guests will be asked to rent another guests room for proper accommodations.

PARTY

No parties, loud disturbances and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated in the hotel. In the event of disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guests will be asked to leave the hotel without refund.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE

Housekeeping is provided daily between the hours or 08:00-20:00. Housekeeping may start as early as 07:00 as requested. Seekers Finders hotel is 100% Non-Smoking hotel, including medical marijuana. Rooms are cleaned and inspected daily, rented to guests in appropriate condition without any prohibited odor. Housekeeping and Front Desk staff are trained and skilled in identifying the odors from prohibited items. If our investigation concludes that you have smoked in your room or brought a prohibited item into our facility, you will be fined, and evicted without any refund.

ROOM CLEANING SERVICE

Your comfort is very important to us. For guests staying multiples nights, bed linen is changed by requests. Used towels are exchanged to fresh towels daily. If Housekeeping is unable to change a bed due to personal items left on a bed or valuable items left outside safety box, a note will be left. Housekeeping will be happy to change your bed linens and make your beds each day if all personal items are removed and all valuables keep well inside safety box. Please contact our Front Desk staff if you have any additional questions or concerns.

GENERAL POLICIES

SMOKING POLICY

According Thai Law all guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A THB 2,000 cleaning fee will be charged to any guests who violates the smoking policy. A dedicated smoking area is provided in front of the hotel.

SPECIAL REQUEST

Special requests are subject to availability, and cannot be guaranteed.

PARKING POLICY

All vehicle(s) must be listed on the registration at check-in. Parking for registered guests(s) is free. All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner. Hotel is not responsible for any illegal parking in the hotel parking area or on the street.

PET POLICY

Pets are not allowed.

PACKAGE STORAGE POLICY

A storage fee will apply to all packages stored at the hotel for more than 3 days. The fee will be based on the weight of the package. Kindly contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.

GUESTS'S BELONGINGS

Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out or going to bed. For the convenience of the Guests, electronics safety boxes are provided in the room to store any valuables. Hotel will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest’s belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or the safety box or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever including theft of pilferage.

HAZARDOUS GOODS

The safety and security of our guests and staff is extremely important to us. Bringing any other article of a combustible or hazardous nature and /or prohibited goods and/or goods of objectionable nature and/or forbidden by Thai’s Law are prohibited. Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals and pungent food are strictly prohibited on hotel premises.

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

The guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible. We reserve the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details as presented at registration and charge such amounts as it shall to compensate. Should this damage come to light after guests has departed, we reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or property during your stay, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, guests compensation, etc. We will make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contacting specialist to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that guests would incur to a minimum.

EMERGENCY OR FIRE SAFETY POLICY

Please notify Front Desk in the event of a fire or other emergency. A map shows emergency exits can be found on the back of room door and corridor. The hotel is fully equipped with smoke detectors, fire escape plans on the back door of each guest room and corridor. Please review this important information.

FREE WIFI ACCESS

Access to our WIFI is free for our registered guests. The hotel WIFI access code is subject to change without notice. We assume no liability for guests use.

LOST & FOUND POLICIES

Seekers Finders assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings. If you discover that you have left behind something of value to you, please contact us immediately and we will try to assist you in locating your lost item. Our hotel is not responsible for any item left behind by guests. However, any item, with the exception of perishable items, left behind by our guests and found after departure by Housekeeping will be collected, logged in, and kept in a secure location for collection by the owner for up to three months. Record of lost & found items are retained for three years. Perishable items, underwear, and miscellaneous toiletries are discarded. Lost & Found items are held for three months while we attempt to contact the guests. If guests contact information is incorrect and we are unable to contact the guests during the three months period, the unclaimed item(s) are thrown away, given to local organizations, or disposed of accordingly by our hotel.
